Electronic Newsletter Guidelines
Electronic newsletters should follow the Web guidelines for prominent display of the I Mark and the campus name text.
E-newsletters also should include the words "University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign" at the end of the title field of the HTML version and the end of the subject line of the email version. If length is an issue, "University of Illinois," "Illinois," or "U of I" are acceptable in both versions.
